FAQ's

When will I receive my tickets?
Generally tickets will be shipped within 4 days of your purchase unless the on hand date differs on the tickets you have chosen to purchase. The on hand dates are listed on almost all tickets now. If you do not see a date, assume that they are in hand and ready to be shipped out immediately. Tickets are almost all sent out with UPS to assure prompt delivery.

Can I ship to an address other than the billing address?
We permit this on many events, however, you may be asked to provide further identification to have the tickets shipped promptly.

How do I track my package?
You will receive the tracking number quickly after your ticket order has been accepted by the seller. This will not be the case 100% of the time. In some situations the supplier will use email, local office pickup, or will call. This will be explained to the customer upon checkout.

Can I get tickets last minute?
Yes. We will deliver up to the very time of the event. This can happen through many different channels but mainly email, local office pickup, or will call. We assure you that you can purchase at any time and will still get the same great tickets and service.

Why is my ticket printed on a piece of paper?
Many times we will provide customers with paper tickets as a more efficient means to pass the savings along to our customers. The barcodes are the same as tickets you may have seen in the past. These are 100% authentic and becoming a big part of our industry.

The section and row are not the exact same as my order?
Many times we will upgrade customers to slightly better tickets if they become available shortly after the order. This is done as a perk to doing business with OnlineCityTickets.com

Enterprise Center
Enterprise Center (formerly Kiel Center, Savvis Center, and Scottrade) is a 19,150 seat arena located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, opened in 1994. It is the home of the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League. Enterprise Center is respected as one of the louder NHL arenas due to several factors including the 9-second foghorn blast after every Blues' goal followed by an organ rendition of "When the Saints Go Marching In".

Besides ice hockey, the arena features a range of arena programming, including professional wrestling, concerts, ice shows, family shows, and other sporting events. It hosts approximately 175 events per year, drawing nearly two million guests annually. For the first quarter 2006, Enterprise Center ranked second among arenas in the United States and fourth worldwide in tickets sold. Industry trade publication Pollstar ranks Enterprise Center among the top ten arenas worldwide in tickets sold to non-team events.

CenterStLouis.com is an independently owned and operated company that concentrates solely in the online resale of all events in the seconday ticket market. We are not currently affiliated with any primary box office, venue, and or official website. Prices on our sites tend to be above face value and will change quickly with market demand. To purchase tickets to all Enterprise Center St Louis events please follow the steps online through checkout.
